OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The teaching in a recognised school by teachers under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Law Department, Government of Gujarat on the manner in which the teaching in a recognised school by teachers is to be regulated under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009.

2. The matter has been examined. Every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall make an application in Form G to the Director of Education within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the teaching in a recognised school is undertaken, and the Director of Education shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Gujarat.
