OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the manner in which the operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system is to be regulated under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application in Form B to the Relief Commissioner within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of an early warning system is undertaken, and the Relief Commissioner shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
