OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The business of an advertising agency by advertising agencies under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the business of an advertising agency by advertising agencies is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955.

2. The matter has been examined. Every advertising agency carrying on the business of an advertising agency shall make an application in Form I to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of an advertising agency is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
