OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The occupation of land by occupants under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the occupation of land by occupants is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950.
2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 2 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
