OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999.
2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form A to the State Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the State Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
