OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.

2. The matter has been examined. Every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall make an application in Form GFR 41 to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the implementation of a scheme is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
