STANDING ORDER

To

All Survey Commissioners,

Subject: The management of a math by managers of a math under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951), the Law Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the management of a math by managers of a math.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application in Form G to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. The Survey Commissioner shall ensure that lease of trust property is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within fifteen days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
