OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The holding of an inam by inamdars under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the holding of an inam by inamdars is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023.

2. The matter has been examined. Every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall make an application in Form 7 to the Land Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of an inam is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
