STANDING ORDER

To

All Circle Officers,

Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023 (Andhra Pradesh Act 27 of 2023), the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the survey of land by licensed surveyors.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 3 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. The Circle Officer shall ensure that record of rights is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Sub-Divisional Officer within thirty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
