OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The running of a society by societies under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh on the manner in which the running of a society by societies is to be regulated under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951.

2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form E to the Registrar of Societies within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a society is undertaken, and the Registrar of Societies shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
