OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The holding of allotted surplus land by allottees of surplus land under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the holding of allotted surplus land by allottees of surplus land is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023.
2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall make an application in Form 14 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of allotted surplus land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
