OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the cultivation of land as tenant by tenants is to be regulated under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020.
2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 14 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Telangana.
