STANDING ORDER

To

All Emergency Officers,

Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999 (Andhra Pradesh Act 27 of 1999), the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials.

2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form A to the National Executive Committee within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. The Emergency Officer shall ensure that fire safety certificate is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the National Executive Committee within thirty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
