OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The holding of an inam by inamdars under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Tourism Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the holding of an inam by inamdars is to be regulated under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020.

2. The matter has been examined. Every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall make an application in Form 14 to the State Government within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of an inam is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Telangana.
