OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The officiating at competitions by registered match officials under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the officiating at competitions by registered match officials is to be regulated under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall make an application in Form G to the Sports Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the officiating at competitions is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Telangana.
