STANDING ORDER

To

All District Magistrates,

Subject: The running of a training centre by training centres under the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2018, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2018 (Maharashtra Act 62 of 2018), the Social Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a training centre by training centres.

2. The matter has been examined. Every training centre carrying on the running of a training centre shall make an application in Form II to the Government of Maharashtra within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. The District Magistrate shall ensure that identity card is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Government of Maharashtra within sixty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra.
