STANDING ORDER

To

All Gram Sevaks,

Subject: The running of a common service centre by operators of a common service centre under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act 13 of 1994), the Information Technology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a common service centre by operators of a common service centre.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a common service centre carrying on the running of a common service centre shall make an application in Form 8 to the Block Development Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. The Gram Sevak shall ensure that muster roll is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Block Development Officer within fifteen days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
