STANDING ORDER

To

All Inspectors of Schools,

Subject: The conduct of examinations by examination centres under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Andhra Pradesh Act 1 of 1982), the Tourism Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the conduct of examinations by examination centres.

2. The matter has been examined. Every examination centre carrying on the conduct of examinations shall make an application in Form F to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within seven days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. The Inspector of Schools shall ensure that fee receipt is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within seven days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
