STANDING ORDER

To

All Internal Auditors,

Subject: The implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012), the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies.

2. The matter has been examined. Every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall make an application in Form GFR 25 to the Directorate of Treasuries within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. The Internal Auditor shall ensure that bid is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Directorate of Treasuries within fourteen days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan.
