OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The procurement of goods and services by procuring entities under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Energy Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which the procurement of goods and services by procuring entities is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012.

2. The matter has been examined. Every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Directorate of Treasuries within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the procurement of goods and services is undertaken, and the Directorate of Treasuries shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Rajasthan.
