OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The submission of accounts for audit by auditees under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the submission of accounts for audit by auditees is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.
2. The matter has been examined. Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application in Form GFR 12-C to the Procurement Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the submission of accounts for audit is undertaken, and the Procurement Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
