OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The manufacture of sports goods by sports goods manufacturers under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the manufacture of sports goods by sports goods manufacturers is to be regulated under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall make an application in Form D to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of sports goods is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Telangana.
