OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The supply of stores by contractors supplying stores to the Force under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh on the manner in which the supply of stores by contractors supplying stores to the Force is to be regulated under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall make an application in Form A to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of stores is undertaken, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
