OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The administration of a temple by executives officer of a temple under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Revenue Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which the administration of a temple by executives officer of a temple is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959.

2. The matter has been examined. Every executive officer of a temple carrying on the administration of a temple shall make an application in Form E to the Board within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a temple is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Rajasthan.
