OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Gujarat on the manner in which the implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies is to be regulated under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999.

2. The matter has been examined. Every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Public Accounts Committee within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the implementation of a scheme is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Gujarat.
