RESOLUTION

Subject: The ownership of a building by owners of a building under the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Kochi Municipal Corporation, after careful examination, hereby resolves that every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall furnish Form A to the Commissioner within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall make an application in Form A to the Commissioner within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the ownership of a building is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this resolution may be brought to the notice of the Kochi Municipal Corporation.
