RESOLUTION

Subject: The running of licensed premises by licensees under the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1977, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, after careful examination, hereby resolves that every licensee carrying on the running of licensed premises shall furnish Form C to the Commissioner within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee carrying on the running of licensed premises shall make an application in Form C to the Commissioner within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of licensed premises is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this resolution may be brought to the notice of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike.
