RESOLUTION

Subject: The running of licensed premises by licensees under the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, after careful examination, hereby resolves that every licensee carrying on the running of licensed premises shall furnish Form B to the Commissioner within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee carrying on the running of licensed premises shall make an application in Form B to the Commissioner within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of licensed premises is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this resolution may be brought to the notice of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
