OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The procurement of goods and services by procuring entities under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the procurement of goods and services by procuring entities is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.

2. The matter has been examined. Every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Controller General of Accounts within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the procurement of goods and services is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
