STANDING ORDER
To
All Press Registrars,
Subject: The printing of a periodical by printers under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955 (Andhra Pradesh Act 4 of 1955), the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:
1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the printing of a periodical by printers.
2. The matter has been examined. Every printer carrying on the printing of a periodical shall make an application in Form I to the Press Registrar within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. The Press Registrar shall ensure that certificate is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Press Registrar within sixty days.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
