OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The running of a society by societies under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh on the manner in which the running of a society by societies is to be regulated under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951.

2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a society is undertaken, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
