RESOLUTION

Subject: The occupation of premises by occupiers under the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1977, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, after careful examination, hereby resolves that every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall furnish Form C to the Corporation within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application in Form C to the Corporation within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of premises is undertaken, and the Corporation shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this resolution may be brought to the notice of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike.
