OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The development of land by developers under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Home Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh on the manner in which the development of land by developers is to be regulated under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973.

2. The matter has been examined. Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application in Form A to the Standing Committee within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of land is undertaken, and the Standing Committee shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
