OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The running of a school by managements of a school under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Tourism Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the running of a school by managements of a school is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982.

2. The matter has been examined. Every management of a school carrying on the running of a school shall make an application in Form B to the Council within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a school is undertaken, and the Council shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
