OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The drawing and disbursement of funds by Drawing and Disbursing Officers under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which the drawing and disbursement of funds by Drawing and Disbursing Officers is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012.

2. The matter has been examined. Every Drawing and Disbursing Officer carrying on the drawing and disbursement of funds shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Controller General of Accounts within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the drawing and disbursement of funds is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan.
