RESOLUTION

Subject: The development of land by developers under the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1977, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, after careful examination, hereby resolves that every developer carrying on the development of land shall furnish Form B to the Corporation within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application in Form B to the Corporation within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of land is undertaken, and the Corporation shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this resolution may be brought to the notice of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike.
