OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The execution of instruments by person executing an instruments under the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which the execution of instruments by person executing an instruments is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person executing an instrument carrying on the execution of instruments shall make an application in Form C to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority within three months, accompanied by a fee of five rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of instruments is undertaken, and the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority shall dispose of it within three months of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan.
