OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The running of a society by societies under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which the running of a society by societies is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959.

2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form C to the Government of Rajasthan within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a society is undertaken, and the Government of Rajasthan shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Rajasthan.
