Kochi, dated the 6th August, 2006

RESOLUTION

Subject: The development of land by developers under the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Kochi Municipal Corporation, after careful examination, hereby resolves that every developer carrying on the development of land shall furnish Form C to the Commissioner within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application in Form C to the Commissioner within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of land is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this resolution may be brought to the notice of the Kochi Municipal Corporation.
