Ms. No. 3529\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nHousing Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 25th June, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The holding of land by landholders under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 8 to the Collector within seven days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 8 to the Collector within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.\n4.
