Ms. No. 3497\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nTransport Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 1st June, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The possession of land by persons in possession of land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Patwari, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall furnish Form 7 to the Land Tribunal within sixty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall make an application in Form 7 to the Land Tribunal within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the possession of land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.\n4.
