In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall furnish Form A to the Competent Authority within seven days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall make an application in Form A to the Competent Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the certification of construction is undertaken, and the Competent Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.\n4.
