In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall furnish Form F to the National Sports Board within twenty-one days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall make an application in Form F to the National Sports Board within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the officiating at competitions is undertaken, and the National Sports Board shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.\n4.
