Ms. No. 3140\nGOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH\nFinance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh\nAmaravati, dated the 20th January, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The employment of adolescents by employers of adolescents under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Probation Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every employer of adolescents carrying on the employment of adolescents shall furnish Form III to the Juvenile Justice Board within forty-five days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every employer of adolescents carrying on the employment of adolescents shall make an application in Form III to the Juvenile Justice Board within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the employment of adolescents is undertaken, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.\n4.
