Ms. No. 3032\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nRevenue Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 4th January, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The holding of land assessed to revenue by holders of land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall furnish Form 3 to the Land Tribunal within ninety days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall make an application in Form 3 to the Land Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land assessed to revenue is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.\n4.
