Ms. No. 2239\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nWomen and Child Development Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 24th May, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Patwari, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall furnish Form 5 to the Tahsildar within forty-five days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 5 to the Tahsildar within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the grazing of cattle on Government waste land is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.\n4.
