Ms. No. 3185\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nIndustries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 22nd May, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The holding of land by landholders under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 2 to the Collector within one hundred and twenty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 2 to the Collector within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.\n4.
