In the circumstances reported by the Doping Control Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports academy carrying on the running of a sports academy shall furnish Form F to the Sports Tribunal within forty-five days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every sports academy carrying on the running of a sports academy shall make an application in Form F to the Sports Tribunal within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a sports academy is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.\n4.
