In the circumstances reported by the Patwari, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 3 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within fifteen days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 3 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.\n4.
