Ms. No. 154\nGOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU\nIndustries and Commerce Department, Government of Tamil Nadu\nChennai, dated the 19th June, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The export of goods by exporters under the Tamil Nadu Special Economic Zones (Special Provisions) Act, 2005, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Specified Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall furnish Form ANF-4A to the Reserve Bank within forty-five days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall make an application in Form ANF-4A to the Reserve Bank within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the export of goods is undertaken, and the Reserve Bank shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.\n4.
